FibreSolve™ pulping machines from Andritz have been designed and built by us for over 50 years. The name may be new to you, but the equipment is well proven in hundreds of mill installations.
The FibreSolve™ FSV pulper can be operated in either batch mode or continuously, depending on the installation and furnish requirements from the mill process. The design of the FSV rotor and extraction chamber provides high capacity for the connected power because of the unique mixing vanes that create extraordinarily good circulation in the tub. Complete with turning vanes that promote good mixing and pulp submergence, the FSV pulper tub is ideal for repulping virgin pulp bales for dry furnish mills, or for make down pulpers producing furnish to augment the pulp from the pulp mill or recycle plant.
Andritz’s low consistency continuous pulpers are ideal for repulping secondary fiber stocks that do not require deinking, such as packaging grade furnishes like OCC or mixed waste. Equipped with a highly effective rotor on a raised extraction chamber.
The FibreSolve™ FSR pulpers are typically ordered by using the Andritz FibreSlush™ detrashing system, which consists of a TrashFox™ TXI heavy junk separator followed by a FibreSlush™ FS continuous detrashing machine and the FibreWashDrum™ FWD fiber recovery drum screen. The combination of these units into one smooth detrashing process results in a cleaner running pulper that includes the separation of heavy and light debris.
FibreSolve™ FSH presents our family of high consistency batch pulpers. High consistency allows for a more efficient dosing of deinking chemicals, and because the defibering action consists primarily of fiber-to-fiber attrition, there is very little degradation of contaminants. The FibreSolve™ FSH pulpers are commonly kept free of contaminant build-up by the use of the Andritz FibreBatch™ detrashing system, consisting of a FibreBatch™ FB batch rotor-flat screenplate type detrasher and FibreWashDrum™ FWD fiber recovery drum screen. Yields are kept high and contaminants are discharged in large pieces and at high consistency for easy disposal.
