Thiết bị đánh tơi bôt giấy: DeFlaker
Mô tả:
Based on the most efficient and proven deflaking principle-the tooth deflaking- Andritz has developed a new deflaker. The design was based on the knowledge achieved by building several hundred pieces of deflakers.

Deflaking principle
The deflaking zone is build by intermeshing teeth. By passing this zone the stock is accelerated and retarded several times. This leads to high shear forces for separating the flakes into single fibers.
Features
Intensive acceleration and retardation for optimum defibration
Inlet consistency up to 6%
No refining effect
Low specific energy demand
Hinged cover gives easy accessibility for filling change
Toothed fillings with different design
High energy density
For different applications
The DeFlaker will be used for flake reduction in various fibrous materials.
For disintegration of fiber bundles in virgin – and mechanical pulp as well for recycled fibers
For flake reduction in broke handling systems
For final disintegration of wet strength papers
Technological description
The pulp enters the DeFlaker housing through the inlet branch. The pulp penetrates the rotor assembly from the inside to the outside. When this happens, the pulp is deflaked between one static and one rotating rotor assembly. The deflaked pulp leaves the housing through the discharge branch.
